This week for Beautiful Houses, we decided to showcase a beautiful house in Montreal, QC of Canada. This house is located in a very hip part of town with loads of families and for any Montrealers who knows the area; construction sites all around. With not a lot of Square foot to work with, it's clear that it has been a challenge from the folks over Microclimat. Hope you will enjoy!
Larger rear is a common solution in the Montreal architectural context. This prevents severe municipal regulations on preservation of street façades while offering additional square meters very useful for families today. But rarely do we see a project that is both functional and responsive as the one proposed by the Microclimat Architecture team
