We've seen some great gadgets and equipment for designers. So many cool stuff, that we could actually assemble infinite perfect office spaces! Every week we'll assemble a perfect office, and we'd like you to help us. What equipment would the perfect office have?
We've picked some cool gadgets and accessories for you this week, beginning with a cool Wooden Charging Dock for your Apple devices. There's also Lenovo's new Yoga Book, which is looking pretty dope. Hasselblad has launched a modular camera for Moto Z, which gives a pretty outstanding camera for very low cost. But there's more!
Wooden Charging Dock
Having your choice of either Beechwood or bamboo, this holder has specially carved spots for your favourite Apple devices. Your Apple Watch sits delicately atop the magnetic charging cable while your phone, whether it’s the iPhone 4 or iPhone 6 Plus, is cradled next to it. The magnetic charging cable fits perfectly in its place with a drilled track leading it through the back of the holder to maintain the sleek appearance. (at The GadgetFlow)
Lenovo Yoga Book
Forget everything you think you know about a laptop and check out the Lenovo Yoga Book. Combining features from both tablets, laptops, and analogue items we use every day, this flexible computer gives you the freedom to explore your creativity. The Yoga Book has a watchband-style hinge to retain its slim design while still opening gracefully and seamlessly. (at The GadgetFlow)
Hasselblad MotoMod
Like Sony's peculiar lens cameras, Hasselblad True Zoom replaces the 13/16/23-megapixel on the back of whichever Moto Z you happen to own. Instead, you'll start working with a 1/2.3-inch 12-megapixel with big (think 1.55 micron) pixels and a 10x optical zoom. You'll probably notice a few things right off the bat. First off, everything's really well constructed. The mod itself is light, and when it's strapped to a Moto Z the textured grip is easy to hold on to and the zoom rocker around the shutter button works like a charm.(at Engadget)
HP Pavilion Wave Desktop PC
Many "desktop" PCs actually end up living underneath your work surface, the better to hide their unimaginative, ugly cases. The HP Pavilion Wave Desktop PC is an exception. Much smaller than a traditional desktop, it has a triangular design that puts the processor, graphics, and SSD on one side, a hard drive on the next, and the thermal system on the third. In the middle is a custom tuned, 360-degree audio system from B&O Play that works with vented top and woven sides to deliver outstanding audio, a perfect compliment for the detailed visuals of a fully-supported 4K display. Karl Lagerfield X Faber-Castell Drawing Set
Limited to just 2,500 examples, the Karl Lagerfeld x Faber-Castell Drawing Set isn't your average pencil pack. Hand-curated by the fashion legend, it includes 350 different drawing and painting implements, including all 120 shades of his favorite Albrecht Dürer water-soluble color pencils. (at Uncrate)
